Interim and transition ministry

The time between a pastor leaving and the appointment of the next pastor may take many months. The leadership may decide that the appointment of an Interim Pastor will help the church navigate this time. Alternatively, it may be decided that a Transition Pastor, skilled in helping a church work through issues that may be present, needs to be appointed prior to the work of seeking a new pastor.
