External Supervision Support (ESS) is an important part of Baptist Registration.
The four aims of ESS are:
- To support practitioner professional development
- To support practitioner wellbeing
- To support practitioner safe and ethical practice
- To support practitioner reflective learning
As an ESS approved supervisor you will be helping to support our registrants in each of these areas, as well as taking part in the annual review of the Registration Development Agreement.
